We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At the moment we do not offer international shipping.

Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Some products are crafted in different production centers, which allows us to maintain quality and availability. Because of that, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Orders enter production shortly after being placed, so changes or cancellations must be requested within the first 12 hours. If your order has already entered processing or shipping, we may not be able to modify it.

Because each item is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size changes, or preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can check your delivery status at any time using that link.

Yes. Our products make thoughtful, mindful gifts. You can ship items directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Gift messages are available for selected products.
